At Dressume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same brand dress that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment within [7days].

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange, please contact us at help@dressume.in

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@dressume.in and send video

Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
